When hiring
equipment from Sussex Bouncy Parties, we are responsible for the
supply and general maintenance of the equipment. In return we
expect you as the Hirer to follow reasonable safety instructions
whilst using the equipment to ensure that there are no accidents
or problems. Please read the following guidelines thoroughly
and retain for your information. It is the Hirers responsibility
to ensure that they are followed throughout the period of your
hire.
Ø
The Inflatable will be erected on a smooth surface free of sharp
or rough objects. There should be a minimum of 1 metre space on
all sides of the inflatable. Our delivery staff will install the
inflatable for you, after checking that the area is suitable.
Ø
The generator, if hired, will be placed so as not to
cause an obstruction or trip hazard. Children should not be
allowed in the area of the generator.
Ø
Inflatable’s are fixed to the ground using metal pegs or
sandbags and these can be a trip hazard therefore care should be
taken in these areas.
Ø
Once installed inflatable should not be moved.
Ø
Do not enter inflatable until it is fully inflated.
Ø
All shoes, footwear, and spectacles must be removed before
entering inflatable.
Ø
Children should
be supervised at
“ALL TIMES” when on the inflatable.
ØDo not allow too many participants on the inflatable at once.
ØChildren watching or waiting to enter should stay clear of
the very front of the inflatable.
Children and
adults using any of our inflatable’s, must not climb, sit, jump
or hang from any of the walls. Whilst using the inflatable, do
not cartwheel, somersault of attempt hand stands etc, which
could easily result in an accident to either a third party or
the person themselves.
Ø
Please ensure no sharp objects are taken on to the inflatable.
Strictly no
food, drink, glasses, sticky sweets, lollies, buckles, pens,
handbags, badges, toys etc. to be taken on the inflatable.
Ø
Smoking should not be permitted in or around the inflatable.
Ø
The electric generator and power connections should either be
covered or under shelter in the event of rain.
Ø
Small children should not be on the inflatable with larger
children at the same time.
Ø
In the event of damage to the inflatable due to inappropriate
use or malicious acts the hirer will be responsible for the full
cost of repair.
Ø
Whilst on hire, the inflatable, blower, extension leads, safety
mats, pegs etc are your responsibility. Should anything be lost
or stolen whilst in your care, then the hirer will be held
responsible and bear the full cost of replacing any of the
missing item(s).
Ø
A
cleaning charge will be made to the hirer in the event that
restricted items, mentioned above, are taken on to the
inflatable, or the inflatable is returned in a condition beyond
what would be expected from normal use.
Ø
Do not allow users to obstruct the entrance or the exit of the
unit.
Ø
Do not allow
anyone to bounce on the front step, always stay within the
inflatable walls.
